BRINGING MORE OF YOUR self TO WORK is a workshop that teaches participants to bring more of their most effective, productive, powerful self to work — while addressing your organization's most pressing people-oriented issues.
Participants learn techniques to enhance self access and awareness, which helps them gauge how well their various work experiences are meeting their critical needs. This information enables people to enhance productivity by identifying and capitalizing on what is meeting these needs, while encouraging them to modify areas that are not — before they lead to revenue-draining problems such as stress, absenteeism, and even resignation. The more a person's needs are being met, the more of their full self they bring to work.
Additionally, participants learn to tap the vast array of what makes up their self — their thoughts, emotions, body, imagination, and memories — in order to improve physical and emotional wellness, manage stress, strengthen communication and presentation skills, and enhance creativity.
The seminar as a whole is tailored to speak to your organization or team's most immediate needs or goals. Team building, honest communication, empathy, and morale are examples of some of the areas addressed in this forum.
Depending on your organization's specific requirements, the workshop is typically 1 day or 1 ½ days in length.
